Windows 7 Home Premium to Ultimate anytime upgrade. I just purchased a windows 7 home premium to windows 7 Ultimate upgrade key, through the windows anytime upgrade application. My payment was accepted, and I clicked the button to begin the upgrade. Windows anytime upgrade then fails with the error. Enter a different upgrade key. The upgrade key you entered is for an edition of Windows that does not work with Windows Anytime Upgrade. Enter a different upgrade key. How can this be?
