A while back I upgraded my computer from Win 7 Home Prem to Win 7 Pro via the 'Windows Anytime Upgrade' download path from the MS Store. The computer originally came installed with the MS Windows 7 Home Premium which did not include a Windows 7 product installation disc. How can I reinstall the software via the upgrade path without having the install disc? I tried doing it via the Anytime Upgrade path, however, I received an 'invalid product key' message when I attempted to do so. My computer is acting a wee bit strange, and I'd like to try this route first to hopefully remedy the problem rather than commit to a clean install. You must first reinstall Windows 7 Home Premium, reactivate it then do the Anytime Upgrade again to Windows 7 Professional, then reactivate by telephone.
