just making sure my self, as i can only get 2008 server standard in 32bit OEM , that does not cost the price of the server i am making. if i am reading it right the 2008 product keys work same way Vista and windows 7 keys do (they are Dual 32 and 64bit keys), its just the Disk that determines if its 32 or 64. officially OEM I guessing the stance would be its 32 only or 64 only for OEM but i very sure that's not the case, just that the OEM only come with one disk not both. not related to the above question why i norm only used 2003 server in the past an 2008 server 5 user cal just setup as an file server should allow more then 5 computers to connect to it for file sharing (i am guessing MS tech would say no, but 2003 server i have never had an issue with limited connected clients with just 2003 server 5 cal just not sure if that's enforced or not.
